Satpuda Landscape Tiger Programme (SLTP):
CAT is a partner in the Satpuda Landscape Tiger Programme. The SLTP instigated by the Born Free Foundation in the UK, is a multi-faceted approach to delivering long-term solutions for the conservation of Satpuda’s biodiversity. SLTP engages a network of Partners already working closely with government officers and local communities across the Satpuda landscape.

CAT makes legal representations on cases concerning tigers and their habitat and ensures the implementation and strengthening of laws and policy governing India’s natural environment. Though based in Mumbai, we offer the other SLTP partners crucial access to the legal and policy-making for a at both the State and Central government levels.
