Judgement in PIL 87 of 2006 dated 17 September 2018
On 17th September 2018, the Divisional Bench of Justices Abhay Oka and Riyaz Chagla of the High Court of Bombay issued directions to ensure no construction or commercial exploitation of mangroves is permitted in the state.
